I teach across a range of asana-based practices: from gentle yin, restorative & somatic, through to invigorating vinyasa flows rooted in Ashtanga Vinyasa. I think of yoga as a method of self-exploration, allowing us to move and breathe with curiosity, creativity and joy.
Somatic classes provide an opportunity to slow down, feel, and connect with your body consciously. Together, we delve into the experience of feeling our physical presence in space, focusing on releasing tension and alleviating stress. Book classes and 1-2-1s here.
